1. My Beyond Offer terms

These supplemental terms apply to the My Beyond Offers detailed below. Other My Beyond Offers may have their own separate terms and conditions.

My Beyond offers and partners may change from time to time. All offers are subject to availability and eligibility criteria where stated.

Bank EV miles (“EV Saver”) terms

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you if you have signed up to and been accepted to participate in Bank EV miles (“EV Saver”) (the “Offer”). These Terms are separate to OVO’s Core Terms which cover the supply of energy to you and the Charge Anytime Terms are supplemental to the OVO Beyond Terms which also apply to this Offer. 

The promoter of this Offer is OVO Energy Limited, incorporated in England and Wales under company number 06890795 and whose registered office is at OVO Energy, 1 Rivergate, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6ED (“OVO,we”).

1. About this Offer

EV Saver allows eligible customers to earn a credit of an amount equal to up to 100 EV miles which can be banked each month for 24 months (the Accrual Period) up to a maximum of 2,400 miles. You can then redeem these free miles by signing up to Charge Anytime which you must do either within the Accrual Period or within 3 years of the end of the Accrual Period (the Redemption Period). You will lose any miles not redeemed within the Redemption Period. You will receive regular email updates letting you know the number of free miles you have banked. You will be able to sign up to the Offer as part of your My Beyond Offers from 14 May 2024.

2. Eligibility

2.1 This Offer is only open to you if:

  • you are an OVO Beyond customer;

  • you meet and continue to meet the OVO Beyond eligibility criteria; and

  • you do not currently have Charge Anytime.

In order to sign up to Charge Anytime and redeem your free miles you will also need to meet the Charge Anytime eligibility criteria which includes having either a compatible electric vehicle or charger. A list of these can be found https://www.ovoenergy.com/terms/charge-anytime-terms.

2.2 If you do not meet the eligibility criteria in paragraph 2.1 above, you will not be eligible for the Offer.

2.3 The Offer may only be used once per household.

3. Redeeming Your Free Miles

Your free miles will automatically be redeemed in full when you sign up to Charge Anytime. A credit equal to the number of miles you have banked will be added to your bill within 90 days of you signing up to Charge Anytime. 

You can sign up to Charge Anytime at any time after you have signed up to the Offer including during the Accrual Period but you will only be able to redeem the amount of miles you have banked at that time. So if, for example, you had been participating in the Offer for 6 months when you joined Charge Anytime you would have banked 600 free miles which you would be able to redeem. 

Free miles must be redeemed in one go, you are not able to retain any free miles for future use and you won’t be able to rejoin the Offer and collect more free miles once you have redeemed miles.

4. How much credit will I receive?

You are able to claim up to a maximum of 100 free miles a month or a total 2,400 miles over 24 months. However, the amount of credit you receive will vary depending on how many free miles you have banked and the current Charge Anytime rate at the time you redeem your free miles up to a maximum redemption value of 14p/kWh. The 100 free miles a month or 2,400 free miles over 24 months  is calculated based on the assumption that the average electric vehicle will require 1 kWh of charge for a distance of 4 miles. 

Actual free miles obtained will also depend on factors such as your driving style, the weather conditions, and your car’s efficiency. 

5. Switching Away or Moving Home

5.1 If you want to switch to a different supplier or opt out of these free miles provided as part of OVO Beyond, OVO will freeze your existing ‘free miles’ balance for 90 days. If you fail to return to OVO within this time you will lose the miles you have banked and you will no longer be eligible to claim the Offer. See our Core Terms for your rights to cancel your energy supply contract. Please note that exit fees may be payable depending on your plan. 

5.2 If you move home your free miles balance can be transferred to your new address providing you sign up to OVO at the new address within 90 days of the home move.

6. Changes to the Offer or these Terms

6.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms on reasonable notice. Updated terms can be found in the OVO App.  

6.2 We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Offer at any time. We will provide you with reasonable notice prior to any detrimental change to the Offer.

7. Ending these Terms

7.1 By participating in this Offer you agree to comply with these Terms We reserve the right to remove or temporarily suspend your access to the Offer if, in our reasonable opinion, we suspect any breach of these rules, the Charge Anytime Terms or our Core Terms. 

7.2 If we deem in our discretion that a participant is ineligible for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel or recover any credit already awarded.

7.3    If you no longer wish to participate in the Offer you can just choose not to add Charge Anytime and redeem your free miles balance.

8. General

8.1 In the event that for reasons beyond our reasonable control we are unable to award the credit, or we deem it appropriate to do so (in its reasonable discretion), we reserve the right to award an alternative of a similar nature and an equivalent value, or at our sole discretion, the cash value of the Offer.

8.2 These Terms are subject to English Law and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England unless you’re a resident of Scotland, in which case you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

Home Fix discount terms

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you if you have signed up to and been accepted to participate in the Offer. These Terms are separate to OVO’s Core Terms which cover the supply of energy to you and the Home Fix Terms which cover our Home Fix services. Together these terms along with any other terms which may form part of your plan with us form your agreement with us.

The Promoter of this Offer is OVO Energy Limited, incorporated in England and Wales under company number 06890795 and whose registered office is at OVO Energy, 1 Rivergate, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6ED (“OVO”, “we”).

1. About this Offer

OVO Beyond customers will get a 30% discount off the price of our Home Fix services  (the “Offer”).  Discount is off the hourly fixed rate or off the fixed price of the repair or service where the repair or service is charged at a single fixed price rather than hourly rate.  

2. Eligibility

2.1 This Offer is only open to you if you are an OVO Beyond customer and you book an on-demand Home Fix boiler service, boiler repair, gas safety certificate or plumbing repair.

2.2 Terms, eligibility criteria and exclusions may apply to our Home Fix services. Please see our Home Fix Terms for details.  

3. General

3.1 The Offer is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.  There’s no cash or other alternative.  Discount can be used multiple times but only for repairs or services to be undertaken at the property registered as the customer’s home address on their OVO  account.

3.2 Discount does not apply to repairs or services provided as part of Home Recover or any other OVO Home Services boiler products and may not be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts..

3.3 If you cancel OVO Beyond or you want to switch to a different supplier you will no longer be eligible to claim the Offer. See our Core Terms for your rights to cancel your energy supply contract. Please note that exit fees may be payable depending on your plan. 

3.4 We reserve the right to change, remove or temporarily suspend the Offer or vary the amount of the discount at our discretion.  Current available products and discounts will appear in your OVO Beyond App.

3.5 If we deem in our discretion that you are not eligible for this Offer for any reason or have otherwise not complied with these Terms, our Home Fix Terms or our Core Terms then we reserve the right to cancel the Offer and any services will be charged to you at full price.

3.6 We reserve the right to amend these offer terms on reasonable notice. Updated terms can be found in the OVO Beyond App.  

3.7 In the event that for reasons beyond our reasonable control we are unable to award the discount, or we deem it appropriate to do so (in its reasonable discretion), we reserve the right to award an alternative of a similar nature and an equivalent value, or at our sole discretion, the cash value of the offer.

3.8 These Terms are subject to English Law and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England unless you’re a resident of Scotland, in which case you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

OVO Beyond Annual Boiler Service

These Terms only relate to this Offer and are separate to the Annual Boiler Service Terms and Conditions. View the full details of what is included in the Annual Boiler Service.

New customers only, not available for existing CORGI HomePlan, OVO HomePlan and OVO Energy boiler cover customers. Eligibility criteria, terms and exclusions apply. This plan automatically renews at the end of 12 months unless cancelled at the standard price for new sales. Offer can only be redeemed once per household. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.

OVO Beyond New Boiler Install Discount

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you if you have signed up to and been accepted to participate in the Offer. These Terms are separate to OVO’s Core Terms which cover the supply of energy to you and the CORGI Homeheat new boiler installation - Terms and Conditions terms which cover our new gas boiler products. Together these terms along with any other terms which may form part of your plan with us form your agreement with us. 

The Promoter of this Offer is OVO (S) Gas Limited, incorporated in England and Wales under company number 02716495 and whose registered office is at OVO Energy, 1 Rivergate, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6ED (“OVO”, “we”). 

1. About this offer

OVO Beyond customers will get a £500 discount off the total value of the cost of purchasing and installing a new gas boiler (the “Offer”). The discount will be applied to your new boiler installation quotation. This Offer may only be used once and is valid for 30 days from receiving your quotation. You must complete the new boiler installation process within 3 months of booking your installation. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions relating to a new gas boiler installation. 

2. Eligibility

2.1 This Offer is only open to you if: 

  • You are an OVO Beyond customer; 

  • You book a new gas boiler installation and complete the installation process within 3 months of booking your installation; and 

  • You meet the eligibility requirements as set out in the CORGI Homeheat new boiler installation - Terms and Conditions 

2.2 If you do not meet the eligibility criteria in paragraph 2.1 above, you will not be eligible for the Offer but your energy supply contract will be unaffected. See our Core Terms for your rights to cancel your energy supply contract should you wish to do so. Please note that termination fees may apply.

2.3 If your quote expires and you have not yet purchased a new gas boiler package you will need to begin a new quote to activate the discount again. 

2.4 The Offer may only be used for new gas boiler packages which are being installed at properties which are owned by the OVO account holder.

2. General

3.2 If you want to switch to a different supplier or you cancel your new gas boiler installation you will no longer be eligible to claim the Offer.

OVO Energy Experts Terms and Conditions

2000 Free Miles when you purchase an EV Charger and Add Charge Anytime Terms

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you if you have signed up to and been accepted to participate in the Offer. These Terms are separate to OVO’s Core Terms which cover the supply of energy to you and the OVO EV Charger purchase and installation – Terms and Conditions terms which cover our EV charger and installation product.  Together these terms along with any other terms which may form part of your plan with us form your agreement with us.

The Promoter of this Offer is OVO Energy Limited, incorporated in England and Wales under company number 06890795 and whose registered office is at OVO Energy, 1 Rivergate, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6ED (“OVO”, “we”).

1. About this offer

As an OVO Beyond customer you can receive up to 2,000 free miles when you purchase an EV Charger from OVO and add on Charge Anytime (the “Offer”).  A one-off bill credit of £35 will be applied to your OVO energy account within 30 days of your EV charger being installed. If you purchase an EV Charger and are unable or don’t want to add Charge Anytime you will not receive a bill credit.

Please note that Charge Anytime is not currently available for Hypervolt Home 3 chargers so if you purchase a Hypervolt charger you will not be eligible for this offer. 

2. Your free miles

Free miles are calculated based on the current Charge Anytime charging rate of 7p per kWh or your current plan charging rate and an average sized EV with a consumption of 3 miles per kWh. Actual free miles obtained will depend on factors such as your current tariff, your driving style, the weather conditions, and your car’s efficiency. Up to 2,000 free miles from charger install.

Hypervolt Home 3 Pro Chargers

Charge Anytime is not currently available for Hypervolt Home 3 Pro chargers. If you have a  Hypervolt Home 3 Pro you would only be able to get Charge Anytime if you have a compatible EV. We’re working on making our low rates available for everyone with a Hypervolt Home 3 Pro from early 2024

3. Eligibility

3.1 This Offer is only open to you if:

  • You are an OVO customer;

  • You are signed up to OVO Beyond; and

  • You have purchased an EV charger (excluding Hypervolt Home 3 Pro chargers) and installation directly from OVO. You will not be eligible for this Offer if your charger is installed by a third party;

  • You have added on Charge Anytime 

3.2 If you do not meet the eligibility criteria in paragraph 2.1 above, you will not be eligible for the Offer, but your energy supply contract will be unaffected. See our Core Terms for your rights to cancel your energy supply contract should you wish to do so. Please note that termination fees may apply.

3.3   If you cancel your order or return your EV charger within the first 30 days then no credit will be applied to your account.

4. General

4.1 The credit is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.  There’s no cash or other alternative.

4.2 If you switch to a different supplier during your cooling off period then you will not be eligible for the credit. See our Core Terms for your rights to cancel your energy supply contract. Please note that exit fees may be payable depending on your plan. 

4.3 We reserve the right to remove or temporarily suspend the Offer if, in our reasonable opinion, we suspect any breach of these rules, the EV charger installation  terms or our Core Terms. 

4.4   If we deem in our discretion that any customer is ineligible for the Offer for any reason (including where they have breached these Terms or our Core Terms), we reserve the right to cancel the award of the Offer or recover any credit already awarded.

4.5 We reserve the right to amend these Terms on reasonable notice. Updated terms can be found in the OVO Beyond App.  

4.6 We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Offer at any time. We will provide you with reasonable notice prior to any detrimental change to the Offer.

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you if you have signed up to and been accepted to participate in the Offer. These Terms are separate to OVO’s Core Terms which cover the supply of energy to you and the OVO solar purchase and installation – Terms and Conditions terms which cover our solar and battery products. Together these terms along with any other terms which may form part of your plan with us form your agreement with us and our affiliates.

The Promoter of this Offer is OVO Energy Limited, incorporated in England and Wales under company number  02716495 and whose registered office is at OVO Energy, 1 Rivergate, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6ED (“OVO,we”).

The solar hardware and installation services will be provided to you by our affiliate OVO (S) Gas Limited incorporated in England and Wales under company number 02716495 and whose registered office is at OVO Energy, 1 Rivergate, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6ED via their network of installers.

1. About this Offer

OVO Beyond customers will get a 5% discount off the total value of the cost of purchasing and installing solar panels and a battery (the “Offer”).  The discount will be applied at the time of the quotation taking place, you must tell the surveyor you are an OVO Beyond customer. The discount includes any extras you may need (eg immersion controller). This Offer may only be used once and is valid for 30 days from receiving your quotation. You must complete the solar and battery installation process within 6 months of booking your installation. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions relating to a solar and battery installation. 

2. Eligibility

2.1 This Offer is only open to you if:

  • You are an OVO Beyond customer; 

  • You book a solar panel and battery installation and complete the solar and battery installation process within 6 months of booking your installation

2.2 If you do not meet the eligibility criteria in paragraph 2.1 above, you will not be eligible for the Offer but your energy supply contract will be unaffected. See our Core Terms for your rights to cancel your energy supply contract should you wish to do so. Please note that termination fees may apply.

2.3 If your quote expires and you have not yet purchased a solar package you will need to begin a new quote to activate the discount again.

2.4 The Offer may only be used for solar packages which are being installed at a property which is owned by the OVO account holder.

OVO Live

  1. By registering for OVO Live, or applying for an OVO Live offer, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

  2. We’ll send you emails about advanced ticket purchases, upcoming acts and events, exclusive customers and staff rewards from OVO Live. If you no longer want to receive these emails you can unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link in any email we send you. Your information will be treated in accordance with Our Privacy Notice

  3. We will use your registration details to validate your account number as this is open to customers only.

  4. The OVO Live service is open to all OVO Energy customers.

  5. Only existing OVO Energy customers and staff can get access to OVO Live to purchase tickets for OVO Hydro, OVO Arena Wembley and The O2. Tickets for OVO Hydro and OVO Arena Wembley can be purchased up to 48 hours in advance of general release. Tickets for The O2 are available for purchase at the time of general release. All tickets are subject to availability.

  6. The number of tickets available for customers and staff to purchase is set out by the concert promoter.

  7. If you stop being an OVO Energy customer or member of staff we have the right to remove your access to purchase tickets for the OVO Hydro, OVO Arena Wembley and The O2 via the OVO Live service.

  8. We reserve the right to make any changes to the OVO Live service or to discontinue any aspect or feature of the service without notice.

  9. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. By continuing to use the OVO Live service you will be deemed to have accepted the varied terms and conditions which will be posted here.

  10. Any use of OVO Live service is entirely at your own risk and in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages including without limitation loss of income, data or other information as a result of the use of OVO Live service.

  11. We'll not be responsible if your application for an OVO Live offer is incomplete, lost, delayed or not received.

  12. Tickets are supplied by Ticketmaster for OVO Hydro and AXS for OVO Arena Wembley and The O2. Applications to purchase tickets should be made via the OVO Live site. We are not responsible for and do not accept any liability, either express or implied in respect of such tickets. Ticketmaster and AXS standard purchase policy applies to all ticket purchases.

  13. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the availability of any Ticketmaster and AXS products and services or what you access through OVO Live. We shall not be held responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or services available from Ticketmaster, Ticketline and AXS. Any dealings between you and Ticketmaster or AXS via OVO Live, including payment for and delivery of products, services and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are made between you and Ticketmaster or AXS. Therefore, we are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as the result of any such dealings.

  14. We accept no liability or responsibility for any of Ticketmaster’s, or AXS’s bookings, products and services. Ticketmaster, Ticketline and AXS will be supplying products and services to you on their own standard terms and conditions.

  15. We have the right to remove your access to purchase tickets for OVO Hydro, OVO Arena Wembley and The O2 via the OVO Live service at any time.

  16. Venue Terms and Conditions - Entrance to an event is subject to the standard conditions of entry specified by the venue.

  17. Ticketmaster, Ticketline, AXS and our decision as to ticket allocations is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Applications and ticket purchases not complying with these terms and conditions will be invalid.

  18. Ticket suppliers are subject to change by OVO Group and may include other ticket promoters. These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

OVO Live Competition

  1. The Promoter is OVO Energy Ltd, registered office 1 Rivergate Temple Quay Bristol, BS1 6ED, company no. 06890795 registered in England and Wales, VAT No. 100119879. 

  2. The prize draw is open to OVO Beyond customers over the age of 18 only, and they must use the email address associated with their account to enter. This prize draw is not open to anyone directly connected with it, including employees of any OVO group company.  

  3. Entry into this prize draw is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

  4. The prize draw opens at 10am on 26/03/2024 and closes at 5pm pm 05/04/2024. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

  5. One winner will be chosen from a random draw of eligible entries in accordance with these terms and conditions. The draw will take place on 09/04/2024 and will include all customers who validly completed the feedback form before 5pm on 05/04/2024. The draw will be performed by a random computer process.

  6. The prize will consist of two (2) tickets to one of the following shows at The O2 arena:

    1. Take That, 25th April

    2. Keane, 11th May

    3. Girls Aloud, 25th June

  7. The winner will also be given food and beverage credit up to the value of £100. This can be used to purchase food and drinks within the OVO Lounge. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the credit with a cash alternative up to the value of £100 or replace the credit with an alternative of equal value.

  8. Subject to the selected event admitting children, all children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult if attending as a guest of a prize winner. It is up to the Winner to use their discretion to determine whether an event is suitable for children.

  9. The winners will be notified by email no later than 11/04/2024. Winners must accept by 11.59pm on 14/04/24.

  10. In the event that the Promoter does not receive acceptance by the time and date listed above, the winner will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be selected in their place. 

  11. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition. 

  12. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. No part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items, or additions. The prize must not be sold on or transferred, or auctioned (for profit or otherwise) to another party. It will become void if sold, transferred, or auctioned (for profit or otherwise) and entry to the event will be refused without refund.

  13. By entering the prize draw, the prize winners (and their guests) recognise that the Promoter may ask permission to film and photograph them at the event, to participate in reasonable promotional activity including publicity or interviews, and for the images/footage to be used for up to two years for promotion purposes. The prize winners (and their guests) waive any and all rights to examine or approve the advertising and promotional material that may be used by the Promoter. The prize winners (and their guests) will be asked to give consent for their names, images, or another likeness (without any compensation or further obligation) to be used in any manner and in any medium for advertising, marketing, public relations, or other promotional purposes in connection with OVO Live, except where prohibited by law. Winners, if they're comfortable, may also be contacted to take part in promotional content to be used on OVO’s social media channels. The prize winners can opt out of any promotional activity by the Promoter by notifying the promoter at media@OVO.com at any time. 

  14. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate the prize draw or prizes without prior notice. 

  15. In the event of the chosen event being cancelled or postponed by a performer, organiser, or the venue, the Promoter accepts no liability for cancellation or delay and is not obliged to make any refund or pay any compensation for associated expenditure (including but not limited to accommodation and travel). 

  16. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

  17. The Promoter accepts no liability for lost entries. The Promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to these prize draws, including any technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant’s ability to participate in the prize draws. 

  18. The winners and their guests must at all times maintain acceptable and proper standards of behaviour during the course of the prize and comply with all rules and regulations laid down by those providing the elements of the prizes, including without limitation those relating to the event and these prize conditions.

  19. Transport to and from the venue, accommodation and all other incidentals associated with the event, will be the responsibility of the winners and guests. The Promoter shall have no responsibility in relation to travel to and from the venue and other incidentals. 

  20. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage, and /or personal injury suffered by the winners or any guests chosen to participate with the winner in the prize as a result of their participation in the prize draws and/or arising out of the winner's enjoyment of the prize. 

  21. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries at its complete discretion, including those entries which the Promoter believes to be fraudulent, or based on misconduct. 

  22. By entering these prize draws, entrants agree to the personal data they supply being used by the Promoter to administer the prizes and for associated marketing and public relations material as set out in clause 18. 

  23. Prize draw results and the name and county of major prize winners will be available after 12/04/2024 by emailing team@ovoguest.com.

  24. This prize draw and the terms are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English Courts.

OVO Beyond Feedback Survey Competition T&Cs

  1. These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to our ‘OVO Beyond Feedback’ prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) and are separate to the OVO Energy Terms and Conditions which govern the supply of energy to you (“Core Terms”) and any additional terms and conditions which relate to your chosen OVO Energy tariff.

  2. The promoter of the Prize Draw is OVO Energy Limited (“OVO", “We”), which has its registered offices located at 1 Rivergate, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6ED and is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 06890795.

  3. “You” are the person who is entering into the Prize Draw.

About the Prize Draw 

  1. The Prize Draw is a free to enter prize draw.  Customers who have given feedback about OVO Beyond via our feedback form will be automatically entered into the prize draw to  win one of 4 new iPads (10th Gen; 64gb) (‘Prize’). 

  2. The Prize Draw will run from 29 November 2023 to 31 January 2023. 

Entry Requirements

  1. The Prize Draw is open to OVO Beyond subscribers who complete and submit our OVO Beyond form.

  2. Customers will only be entered into the Prize Draw following submission of their feedback form and consent to be entered into the draw (captured during feedback submission). 

  3. Feedback submissions after 18 December 2023 will not be considered in the Prize Draw.

  4. Only one entry per person is permitted.

The Prize

  1. Winners will receive an iPad (10th Gen; 64gb).

  2. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. No part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.

  3. OVO accepts no responsibility for any services provided to you by Apple. Any issues with your iPad should be reported to Apple directly.

The Winner

  1. Four winners will be chosen from a random draw of eligible entries in accordance with these Terms. The draw will take place in the fourth week of January and will include all customers who completed the feedback form until 18 December 2023. The draw will be performed by a random computer process.

  2. Each winner will be notified within 30 days of the draw taking place by email, phone or mail using the contact details we hold for your account. We will then ask for a delivery address for your iPad. It is your responsibility to ensure that these details are up to date. OVO will not be liable to replace any iPad sent to an incorrect address where you have not inputted your details correctly.

Your Data

  1. If you’re the Winner of the Prize Draw, you agree that OVO may use your name and town or county of residence to announce the winner and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes, and you agree to cooperate with any other reasonable requests by OVO relating to any post-winning publicity.

General

  1. OVO reserves the right to amend or alter these Terms at any time. We also reserve the right to amend or withdraw this Prize Draw at any time.

  2. OVO’s decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

  3. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. OVO reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

  4. OVO reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
